Litigation — Where strategy meets the law

Litigation became my passion as early as my university years, and to this day it accounts for three-quarters of my practice. Under the modern rules of procedure, success no longer lies only in being in the right, but in a precise procedural strategy.

I believe that even the most complex dispute can be translated into logical, yes-or-no questions. My aim is to help the court reach a decision favourable to my clients with a clear, well-supported argument. Since the comprehensive 2018 reform of civil procedure I have continuously followed changes in the legislation and in case law, so that you are not only in the right, but can also succeed. At the start of our cooperation I inform you in plain language and transparently about the options and the risks, so that you can always make a well-founded business decision.

Drafting and reviewing contracts

The person best placed to write a good contract is someone who sees every day how poorly drafted agreements collapse in the courtroom. I review documents with a “litigator’s eye”: I look specifically for risks, looming loopholes and opportunities for error. My aim is to prevent litigation: I create a stable legal foundation that protects your interests and your peace of mind in the long term.

Real estate law — Security in the transaction

Buying or selling real estate is most often a decision that affects a substantial part of our entire wealth. Here, care is not optional; it is a prerequisite. With a thorough knowledge of the typical risks and how to manage them, I help you so that the transaction runs smoothly and you are not met with unexpected surprises after the contract is signed.
