Representing members of a nationwide professional chamber in litigation against government-office decisions
In 2024, government offices systematically brought proceedings against members of a high-prestige profession. Coordinated by the professional chamber, we challenged the decisions in court; my office represented 12 matters. The series of cases also reached the Curia and the Constitutional Court.
Representing injured parties and developers in loss-of-view litigation
In cases concerning the obstruction of a view, I have successfully represented both developers and injured parties. Knowing the current case law and the decisive factors is essential even before a claim is filed.

Enforcing warranty claims for hidden defects in new and second-hand homes
In several cases I have represented private individuals purchasing real estate against seller companies or private sellers. After hidden defects came to light following handover, we successfully enforced monetary claims, including in respect of defects in condominium common property.

Representing a Croatian debtor in a review of a high-value European order for payment
I assisted a Croatian construction company with English-language advice and representation in Hungary in a remedy against a European order for payment issued and become final in Hungary.

Representing clients in litigation over defective performance of software-development contracts
Disputes over software that does not work as promised, or that fails to deliver the contracted services, are an increasingly frequent type of matter. In disputes between businesses I typically represent the client (the commissioning party).
Recovering a loan made in Hungary by a Norwegian individual
We successfully recovered before a Hungarian court a loan made by a Norwegian individual to a friend in Hungary. The matter was complicated by the fact that the agreement was oral only, so we had to rely primarily on the transfer records.

Representing a chemical company in enforcing high-value damage caused on site by a contractor
During the cleaning of equipment belonging to a major Hungarian chemical company, a contractor caused substantial damage to the equipment. Despite proceedings having been commenced, the dispute was closed by settlement.

Representing the investor side in a series of disputes among company members
A German investor acquired an interest in a Hungarian business that operates solar parks. A dispute between the investor and the founder gave rise to some 10 employment, company-law and damages actions. The group of matters handled by the legal team was ultimately closed by a comprehensive, English-language settlement.
Enforcing claims arising from defective construction of a solar power plant
I represent the commissioning business in a matter where a completed solar power plant does not generate the previously promised volume of energy. Extensive expert evidence is underway, alongside procedural supervision of the experts’ work.

Participation in proceedings before the Permanent Court of Arbitration attached to the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MKIK)
As part of a legal team representing businesses, I have taken part in various arbitration matters on both the respondent and the claimant side, in English and in Hungarian.
Participation in proceedings before the Vienna International Arbitral Centre (VIAC)
As part of a legal team I took part in proceedings commenced before VIAC. The matter arose from an investment contract in which the parties interpreted the wording of the purchase-price calculation mechanism differently.
